User guide for High performance Blender

The Single and Family serve modes allow the blender to be used with quantities for single – Single serve – or multi-portions – Family serve – in order to save time and energy in the preparations.

Both serve modes can be activated for Smoothie, Green Smoothie and Frozen Dessert pre-set programs only.

The Pulse function allows you to perfectly check the duration and the frequency of the blending in order to customize textures and preparations until the desired consistency is reached.

The pulse function can be activeted when in manual mode (speed 1-9) or autonomously.

The automatic cleaning function allows the carafe to be cleaned easily and quickly after each use facilitating the preparation of several recipes in sequence.

The vacuum pump removes air from the jug, avoiding contact with the ingredients and reducing oxidation, resulting in brighter colours, tastier flavours, and smoother textures.
It is easy to activate the vacuum pump thanks to a few simple steps.
